MiNong East Gate Tower is a city gate located in Meinong District, Kaohsiung City. In the 20th year of Qianlong’s reign, to meet the needs of defense, the eastern fence gate of MiNong Village was reinforced with a gate tower, making it one of the four fence gate towers in MiNong Village. Later, the locals reconstructed it in the style of the Qing Dynasty’s dragon eaves and phoenix pavilions.
