Longjin Palace in Mengjia is located in Wanhua District, Taipei City. It was established in the fifth year of Daoguang in the Qing Dynasty (1825). It is a folk belief temple mainly worshipping Shunzheng King, a local god in Jinjiang area, Quanzhou, Fujian Province. The organizational form of this temple is the administrator system. The temple was established in the fifth year of Daoguang in the Qing Dynasty (1825). Businessmen from Wudian City, Jinjiang County, Quanzhou Prefecture (now Qingyang Street, Jinjiang City, Quanzhou) brought the divine statue from Shigu Temple in Qingyang and built the temple near Changsha Park in Mengjia today, which is called ‘Wanggonggongkou’. In the same year, a new temple was built on the current site and completed in 1993.
