The Hualien Rose Stone Art Museum is a place where you can see a beautiful collection of rose stones. These special stones have their own unique colors and patterns that are formed naturally. When the stones are carefully cut and polished by hand, they show patterns that look like things from nature or the sky, just like in traditional landscape paintings.
Hualien is a very important place in Taiwan for making these rose stones. Most of them come from the areas around the Liwu River, Sanzhan River, and Papaya River.
If you want to visit the museum, it’s open every week from Tuesday to Thursday, between 1:00 PM and 5:30 PM. On Fridays and Saturdays, you can go there from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
