Anping Fort, originally constructed in 1624, is also known as Fort Zeelandia and Orange Town. The buildings of the fort are made of red bricks and tiles, which look particularly beautiful under the setting sun, hence the famous ‘Sunset at Anping’. The fort is open all year round from 8:30 to 17:30.
