The bamboo raft sightseeing in Xijin Yedu wetland is comparable to touring the landscapes of Lijiang River in Guilin, making people reluctant to leave. It is located at the Ningguo entrance section of the South Anhui-Chuanzang Line. It is 10 kilometers away from Ningguo urban area and 2 kilometers downstream from the Qinglongwan Dam. It is one of the core scenic areas of this tourist route and also a must-visit internet-famous check-in point.
The whole river sightseeing is about 5 kilometers long and takes about one hour. Along the way, the river winds and turns. Green mountains surround both banks. As the bamboo raft moves forward, it feels like shuttling through tens of thousands of mu of bamboo sea. The residential houses on both banks along the river are in good order. The river water is clear and fish swim in the shallows. Wild ducks wander around and egrets chirp on the water surface.
