Team building location: Shanghai Lohas Camp (Changxing Island Country Park Store – near Gate 2).
Transportation: It is an hour’s drive from the urban area, with convenient transportation and easy parking.
Sapling variety: French holly, with a relatively high survival rate.

[Team Building Purposes]
Improve the comprehensive quality of employees and establish a good corporate image; beautify the environment and contribute to protecting the earth. The plan for a year lies in spring. Through this activity, create more possibilities in future work.

[Preparatory Work]
T-shirts printed with the company logo; spades, small watering cans, and wish tags.

[Activity Arrangement]
1. Gather at the company and take a bus to the tree planting camp.
2. The coach leads the warm-up and breaks the ice and groups.
3. The coach explains the precautions for tree planting and distributes tree planting tools.
4. Start tree planting, design exclusive wish tags and hang them on the trees.
5. Take a group photo and return home.
