The southwest coast of Taiwan is a straight sandy cliff. Due to the extremely long sunshine hours, this long and narrow coastline has formed a special salt field landscape. Budai Town, Chiayi County is the number one salt production area in Taiwan. From March to May every year, with strong sunshine and no interference from rain, it is a busy season for the salt field. Approaching the seaside, one can see piles of white salt and the strong smell of salt coming with the wind.

Opening hours: Open all year round and all day.

Must-see tips: The snow-white salt mountains one after another are like small snow-capped mountains rising from the flat ground, forming a special industrial landscape.
