The trail is 1.35 kilometers long and takes about one hour to walk one way. From the parking lot next to the 187-kilometer mark of the Central Cross-Island Highway, after passing through the short dark tunnel, the famous Changchun Shrine comes into view. The ‘zigzag’ trail from Changchun Shrine to Changuang Temple is only 1.35 kilometers long. On one side, the steps are steep. Tourists can ascend step by step. It is advisable to slow down and enjoy the beautiful scenery. After walking for about 20 minutes, you will reach Dongru Tianxian Mansion built by cutting walls and building caves. Then turn left and go down to reach Tailuge Pavilion. Return to the original road and walk. After crossing a small suspension bridge, you will reach Changuang Temple. There is a roadway leading to the Central Cross-Island Highway. You can return to the Changchun Shrine parking lot along the highway.
