The Tainan City Cultural Center was established in 1993, covering an area of approximately 5000 square meters. It is planned to include a library, museum, and concert hall. The three buildings are arranged from left to right, with a grand exterior. Inside, there are not only book rooms, reading rooms, audio-visual rooms, and general art galleries displaying works by local artists, but also noteworthy public art installations in the square and a distinctive Sino-Vietnamese pottery specialty hall.
Opening hours are from Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and on Sundays, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, all year round.Tainan City Cultural Center
