The Ciyin Temple, situated in Nei’an Village within Xiyu Township of Penghu County, is a place of worship dedicated to Guanyin Buddha. Historically, as immigrants from the mainland settled in the area, the local villagers pooled their resources to construct the temple, aiming to safeguard the well-being and safety of the entire region. The temple’s site, known as Neiqian Palace, was initially established by Guanyin Buddha Himself and is revered as a sacred ground, blessed with both distinguished individuals and a rich spiritual heritage.
