Tamsui Shengjiang Temple, established during the Qing Jiaqing era, specifically in the year 1814, is dedicated to the veneration of Wenwu Zunwang. Originally a Jinshi during the Tang Kaiyuan period, Zhang Xun is commemorated for his valiant resistance against the An Lushan Rebellion during the Tianbao era, where he heroically defended the city of Suiyang and met a noble end. Posthumously honored as Wenwu Zunwang, he continues to bless and protect future generations.
