Deshan Zen Temple is located in Sanded Village, Qiaotou Township, Kaohsiung County. Initially, it only consisted of a few flat rooms with a Buddhist hall in the center and dormitory rooms on both sides.
The courtyard features an eleven-faced Avalokitesvara statue, a seven-meter tall Dragon King statue, and a Garuda statue. Every year, on the Buddha’s birthday, believers flock to pay their respects, making it a peak time for the temple.Deshan Zen Temple
