Dong Wutai Temple is located in Shuangtang Village, Shuangtang Village West, Jinghai County, Tianjin. According to historical records, during the Chongzhen period of the Ming Dynasty, the wise monk Zhiyuan traveled here and recognized this place as a treasure. He built a temple and used his medical skills to alleviate the suffering of the people, earning their love and respect. The local community spontaneously raised funds and, after three years of construction, transformed it into a magnificent temple. Due to its grand presence and vibrant energy, the temple has always been a popular destination for worshippers, creating a bustling atmosphere. Opening hours are from January 1st to December 31st, 08:00 to 17:00.
