In 2020, Wang Jingdun created ‘So Beautiful’, a long monologue from the perspective of a father, recounting his final journey dancing with loneliness and memories of his deceased wife. In 2024, Wang Jingdun presents a new work ‘So Beautiful’, following the same vein but from a female perspective, writing parallel yet intertwined memories of ‘So Beautiful’. The play features the mother, daughter, and the daughter of a foreign caregiver as the main characters, exploring themes of gender, family, new residents, and life issues. Open from November 30th to December 1st, Saturday to Sunday. Performance times and duration are subject to the venue.
