Located in Jiji Town, the Endemic Species Research Institute of Taiwan, established in 1992, is dedicated to the research and investigation of endemic species to prevent their extinction.
The research and conservation center features an indoor ecological conservation exhibition hall, an audio-visual room, display areas, a conservation education hall, and an outdoor ecological education park.
Here, through static displays, detailed information is provided on Taiwan’s ecosystems, unique flora and fauna, animal spectacles, and environmental conservation issues.
