Fenggui is the name of a scenic spot in Penghu County.
As the coast is columnar basalt and eroded by seawater, gullies of sea caves are formed. When the tide enters, it produces a majestic sound of waves in the cave. The accompanying sound is like the bellows blowing air, so it is called ‘Listening to the Waves at Fenggui’.
Open all day throughout the year.
