The ruins of Gangzi Liao Fort are exceptionally well-preserved. It features a variety of facilities, including barracks, command platforms, bunkers, and ammunition depots. What’s more, the intercom between the gunnery section and the observation deck is intriguing. It is a significant characteristic of the fort and quite fascinating. Standing here, one can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the fishing harbor and Keelung Islet during the golden hour. It is truly a picturesque spot. The fort is open all year round and accessible 24 hours a day.
