Guang’an Palace is located in Xincheng Township, Hualien County. It is primarily dedicated to the Saint King of Taiwan (also known as the National Surname Lord). Established in 1926, the temple was founded by local figures such as Lin Guanfu and He A Shi, who traveled to Lizhejian in Wujie Township, Yilan, to sculpt a statue of Zheng Chenggong and enshrine it in the temple for villagers to worship.
