Hu Shanyan Scenic Area is located in Yanzhu Village, Huatan Township, Changhua County, Taiwan.
Hu Shanyan originated in the eighth year of the Qing Yongzheng period. The mountain shape of the construction site resembles a crouching tiger, with the tiger’s head facing east, the tiger’s face turned north, the front legs bent, lying down, and the temple is built under the lower jaw of the crouching tiger. The central part belongs to the abdomen, and the western part belongs to the tail. The acacia trees on the mountain are lush and towering, resembling the solemnity of tiger stripes, hence the name.
Open all year round from 5:00 to 20:00.
