Established to carry on the history of Hamaxing, the Hamaxing Taiwan Railway Museum was founded. The museum’s theme revolves around the local history of Hamaxing, extending to the century-long railway history of the area. It features a special HO scale (1:87) railway scene, tracks, and train models, combined with theatrical sound and light effects to showcase the development of the railway civilization over the past century. It is currently one of the largest HO gauge 3D models in Asia. The museum is open year-round: Monday, Wednesday-Thursday from 10:00 to 18:00; Friday-Sunday from 10:00 to 19:00.
