Hehuan Stone Weir, located near the Waipu Fishing Harbor, boasts a history of 300 years and attracts a multitude of visitors who come to learn about the local historical culture.
Constructed using reef rocks along the coastline, the Hehuan Stone Weir forms an arc-shaped breakwater. When the tide rises and submerges the breakwater, it brings in schools of fish, which can then be harvested by fishermen when the tide recedes.
The site is open all year round and accessible 24/7.
