The Hu Shi Memorial Hall is composed of the former residence, exhibition room and cemetery. The former residence has white walls and blue windows. The interior furnishings still maintain the original appearance when Hu Shi was alive. The exhibition room adjacent to the former residence displays Hu Shi’s academic achievements as well as his manuscripts and items during his lifetime. The cemetery is located on the green hillside across a road from the research institute and faces the former residence.
Opening hours: Open from Tuesday to Saturday throughout the year, 9:30 – 12:00 and 13:30 – 16:30. Must-see tips: Smoking, eating and pets are prohibited in the exhibition area. Photography is completely prohibited.Hu Shi Memorial Hall
