The Hualien County Stone Carving Museum is Taiwan’s first stone carving museum, displaying a collection of stone carving artworks. The exhibitions in the museum include resumes and works of famous stone carving artists from previous international stone carving art seasons, collection data, and information on the stone art environment in Hualien. The museum regularly presents creation exhibitions of renowned writers. The stone carving works owned by the museum are changed every three months. They are masterpieces collected over the years and through hosting international stone carving activities. There are also large fixed stone carving works outside the museum. While quietly appreciating the beauty of stone carvings, visitors can also stop and rest here if they are tired from walking.
