Located in the third section of ‘Nei Shi Di’, Huang Yanpei’s former residence faces south and is a two-story brick and wood structure with an antique charm.


Inside, there is an exhibition of Huang Yanpei’s life achievements, displaying over a hundred books and letters related to him, and the living area is displayed as it was originally.


The residence is a cultural relics protection unit in Shanghai. It is closed all day on Mondays throughout the year; open from 09:00 to 11:30 and 13:00 to 16:30 from Tuesday to Sunday; open on National Day from 09:00 to 11:30 and 13:00 to 16:30; and open on Mid-Autumn Festival from 09:00 to 11:30 and 13:00 to 16:30. Entry is stopped 30 minutes before closing, and the specific business status is subject to the daily opening situation.
