Huangxi Academy, also known as Wenchang Temple, is located in Huangxi Village, Dadu District, Taichung City. It was established during the 14th year of the Guangxu era (AD 1888) and is considered an outstanding example of late Qing Dynasty educational architecture. Inside the temple, Wenchang Dijun is enshrined, and it served as a gathering place for literati and poets to discuss poetry and literature at that time. The temple is open to visitors from 08:00 to 17:00 all year round.
