The 2024 Taitung ‘Iron Flower Lantern Festival’ Season 3 ‘Polar Fairy Tale’ officially begins today! Not only can you take beautiful photos with the 7-meter-tall massive ice and snow polar bear, but you can also step into the 6-meter-high musical wishing hat to experience a romantic Christmas atmosphere. The festival lasts from today until February 16, 2025. Travelers who want to feel the charm of light and shadow should not miss it! Starting today, you can enjoy the stunning dual-theme lighting at the new Iron Flower gathering in Taitung! In addition to the sparkling starry sky from Season 2 ‘Brilliant Stars’, you can also feel the romantic atmosphere of Season 3 ‘Polar Fairy Tale’. The latest theme, set against a dreamy polar world, combines elements of ice, snow, and fairy tales. Nearly 200 meters long of gorgeous ‘romantic sky’ is planned along the pedestrian walkway of the Iron Flower market, with ‘Christmas gift boxes’ and ‘musical wishing hats’ set at both ends as the highlight entrance imagery. Alongside the 7-meter-tall ‘ice and snow polar bear’ located next to the market in the grassy area, and the dazzling ‘ice crystal penguins’, they welcome visitors together. On the other side, there are cute Christmas hats and candy canes, making one feel as if they are in a Christmas fairy tale. The opening time is from October 25 to February 16, with the specific business status subject to the daily opening situation.
