Jianshanpi Reservoir, originally an industrial water source reservoir for the Xinying Sugar Factory of Taiwan Sugar Corporation, has a capacity of up to 3 million cubic meters. Surrounded by mountains on all sides, the reservoir boasts a rich ecological landscape and a tranquil environment. It is home to a multitude of tree species and plants, with hundreds of flowering plants blooming throughout the year, creating a scene reminiscent of a small garden.
The area is well-equipped with facilities, and visitors can enjoy flower and bird watching along the scenic lake walkway.
