The main building is a two-story cement western-style building. There are decorative patterns on the gables with the hall name Yingchuan inscribed. The Chinese-style red brick wall is matched with the corridor, columns and clay sculpture carvings of Baroque architecture, which is extremely rich in humanistic characteristics.
