The Labor Museum in Kaohsiung City is the only museum in Taiwan centered on laborers. One of the major characteristics of the museum is that it starts from the perspective of the people and reserves space for public participation. In the museum, historical documents such as books, periodicals, paper documents, old photos, and oral history interview videotapes are collected. It is hoped that these can be used to construct stories belonging to workers themselves and become the basis for display and research after the future Labor Museum is established.
Opening hours: Open from Tuesday to Saturday throughout the year, from 9:00 to 17:00.
