Originally constructed in 1967, this building was initially designed to monitor political dissidents. However, over time, the Bagua Building has evolved into a memorial hall, dedicated to exhibiting the local human rights history and culture. Here, visitors can gain insights into historical human rights issues through exhibitions, images, texts, and multimedia presentations. It is open to the public from 9:00 to 17:00 all year round.
