Machangting Memorial Park, established in 2000, features a prominent earthen mound within its grounds. In front of the mound, an inscription reads: ‘In the 1950s, fervent patriots seeking social justice and political reform were arrested during the martial law period and executed near this mound in Machangting.’ The park is open all year round and accessible 24 hours a day.
