Mailiao Gongfan Palace was founded in 1685 (the 24th year of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty). It has a history of 300 years. The name Gongfan Palace is given with the intention of safeguarding the safety and well-being of all living beings within its jurisdiction. Gongfan Palace enshrines the statue of the sixth mother goddess of Meizhou Mazu Temple. Due to the prominent spiritual power of the holy mother and the prosperous incense offerings, residents feel the grace of the gods. The number of people who pray and show respect is increasing day by day. On March 23rd of the lunar calendar every year, it is the birthday of the Heavenly Holy Mother in the palace.
