Qiangziliao Shi Mu Gong, located in Xinglong Li, Mei-Nong District, Kaohsiung City, is a temple that serves as both a shrine to Shi Mu and a temple dedicated to Zheng Chenggong. Shi Mu is worshipped here under the name of Zheng Chenggong’s mother, Tian Chuan. The temple’s construction is attributed to a large rock in Qiangziliao that resembles a woman, known as ‘Stone Mother’ or ‘Mother and Child Stone’. Locals visit this shrine to pray when their children fall ill or face hardships in life. In front of this large rock, there are two additional massive stones that resemble pigs and sheep, offerings for the ritual. Later, believers funded the construction of the temple, which was then completed.
