The Tea Ancient Trail extends from Zhinan Elementary School to Sanxuan Palace, with a total length of approximately 1.2 kilometers. The entrance is quite obvious. There is an interpretation board which describes the origin of the ancient trail and the nearby geographical location, and there is also a poem attached. As you walk further up along the ancient trail, tea plantations gradually appear on the left hillside. After passing through a bamboo forest, there are well-preserved old stone steps that maintain a simple, original flavor and a sense of historical vicissitudes. Although this section is only a few hundred meters long, walking among them can be quite touching. There are also small interpretation boards along the way, detailing the development history of Muzha tea, various tea varieties, and the brewing methods of tea. Walking among them, one can’t help but reminisce about the prosperous era of tea. Open all year round and all day.
