The entire scenic area covers an area of 3590 acres. Nanhu Park primarily features local tree species such as willows, locust trees, and poplars that are resistant to water and humidity, serving as the foundational greenery. In addition, based on the seasonal characteristics of plants, other varieties have been added, including peach, green peach, elm, crabapple, begonia, hawthorn, ginkgo, phoenix tree, white wax, and yellow azalea. These trees include both spring flowering species and autumn foliage species, ensuring a seasonal display of colors and blooms around the lake. The park not only has a walking path but also a dedicated bicycle lane paved with colored asphalt. It is open all year round from 07:00 to 19:00.
