The Paper Church is the first paper building in Taiwan, China. It is also the first building transported from overseas. In 1995, architect Shigeru Ban built a lightweight paper church to commemorate the great earthquake in Japan. Ten years later, this paper church was transported to Taomi Community, Puli, an area hit by the 921 Earthquake. In addition to the Paper Church, there are also wetland parks, wading pools, etc. in the park. You can spend the night in a homestay run by villagers or taste local delicacies in a restaurant.
