Pine Garden Pavilion is a well-known art exhibition hall in the area, which also houses a restaurant and gift shop. The most famous feature of the pavilion is the Ryukyu Pine, with over a hundred trees planted by the Japanese at the time, forming a very dense small forest. Due to typhoons and pests, only more than 30 old pine trees stand here now. The first and second floors of the pavilion are indoor art exhibition spaces, and there is a pavilion in the back for the public to rest and cool off. You can walk around the garden at your leisure, overlooking the magnificent sea view of Hualien, which is very pleasant. Opening hours are from 9:00 to 18:00 all year round. Accessibility services include accessible entrances and accessible restrooms.

Mandatory tips: 1. The old pine trees in the Pine Garden are aged, and to protect their roots, please walk on the wooden boardwalk and do not trample on the grass. 2. Pets are welcome in Pine Garden, but do not let them run around freely and do not bring them into indoor spaces. After your pet goes to the bathroom, please assist in cleaning up. 3. Please maintain silence inside the hall, do not make noise, touch exhibits, or take photos, and do not smoke or ride skateboards. 4. You can rent a guide device with your ID card and please return it within 90 minutes.
