Qianjin Wanxing Palace is a Qing Shui Zushi Temple located in Qianjin District, Kaohsiung City, originally built in the twelfth year of the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty (1747). During the Jiaqing period, Qianjin had settlements such as Tianliao, She Nei, and Lin Tou Wei. These three settlements, in order to pray for peace, planned to build a grand temple to worship the deities of each village. The Huang family, gentry from Tianliao with ancestral roots in Anxi County, Quanzhou Prefecture, Fujian, worshipped deities such as Qing Shui Zushi, Guan Sheng Dijun, and Tian Shang Shengmu in their home. She Nei also worshipped Chi Fu Qiansui. After a meeting, it was decided to take Qing Shui Zushi as the main deity of the area.
