The Qilan Forest Recreation Area features a variety of sports facilities, including the Yingxingtaomei Trail, the Flower and Tree Viewing Area, and the Forest Bathing Trail, making it more convenient for tourists to get up close to the giant trees.
Especially, the conservation department has named the trees after historical figures based on their age, with four of them named after Zheng Chenggong, Zhu Xi, Guan Yu, and Yue Fei, which are all cypress trees, and the rest are red cypress.Qilan Forest Recreation Area
