In the early years, many benevolent people such as Wu Xizhou, Wang Huo, and Lin Aitie among the believers respectfully welcomed the Lord Su of Fengtian Palace in Lugang and set up a private altar to help the world. Later, a representative of public opinion in Taipei raised funds to build the Lord Su’s temple. Fellow believers responded in succession. Immediately afterwards, the Cihui Palace Management Committee was established and construction began on the current site. In 1987, Mr. Chen Facai raised funds to renovate the Cihui Palace, which is what the Cihui Palace looks like today. Opening hours: Open from 8:00 to 20:00 all year round.
