Sanfeng Palace in Kaohsiung is a temple located in Sankuaicuo, Kaohsiung. It was initially built in the 27th year of Yongli in the Ming Zheng period. Its old name was ‘Sanfeng Pavilion’. The main deity enshrined is Marshal Zhongtan. It is a famous Taoist holy place and also one of the representative temples in Kaohsiung City. In 1964, due to the widening of Jianguo Third Road, the temple was relocated to its current address on Hebei Second Road. After the reconstruction was completed in 1971, it was officially renamed ‘Sanfeng Palace’ and has also become a relatively large-scale temple dedicated to Nezha, Third Prince of Li Jing. Opening hours: Open all year round from 5:00 to 22:00.
