Shibajianshan Mountain is located in the Dong District of Hsinchu City. It is a forest park developed locally. The park is in a crescent shape and winds for about seven or eight miles. It just surrounds the east and southern suburbs of Hsinchu City. It is named after the hilly area formed by eighteen gentle peaks in succession. The higher point of Shibajianshan Mountain is near Jieshouting. The elevation is about 128 meters.

Looking into the distance from the top of Shibajianshan Mountain, one can see the street scenery of Hsinchu City in the northwest. On the right are Touqian Creek and Fengshan Creek. Straight ahead is the local strait. One can also look out at the peaks of Dabajianshan Mountain and Wuzhi Mountain in Qingquan and Touqian Creek flowing from the direction of Jhudong in the southeast. The view is very good.

Opening hours: Open all day all year round.
