Shikeng Hot Springs is located in the upper reaches of the Baolai Stream in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan Province. The Baolai Stream has many tributaries, and ‘Shikeng’ refers to the confluence of the tenth tributary with the main stream. Local residents originally called it ‘Shi Xi’, which over time was mistakenly pronounced as ‘Shikeng’.

Shikeng Hot Springs is a hot spring waterfall and is one of the larger hot spring waterfalls in the area. It is open to the public all year round, with full-day access.
