Shilin Cixian Palace, also known as Shilin Mazu Temple, was formerly called Zhilan Temple and was established in the first year of the Jiaqing era of the Qing Dynasty. The temple is located within the famous Shilin Night Market in Shilin District, Taipei City, Taiwan. It features a two-hall, two-corridor, and two-dragon protectorate layout, primarily dedicated to the worship of the Heavenly Mother. This temple is unique in Taipei City for having three exquisite stages in front of it, with the temple’s front extending to the stages, showcasing its original grandeur. The temple is open all year round from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
