Su’ao Port is surrounded by mountains on three sides and is arched by Beifang’ao and Nanfang’ao on the left and right. In spring and summer, the sea surface is calm. When night falls, there are scattered lights. Fishing boats return in the evening. The reflections fall into the sea, creating an illusion of a pavilion. It was formerly known as the Su’ao mirage (listed as one of the eight scenic spots of Lanyang in Yilan). Open all year round and open 24 hours a day.
