The wall ruins were initially constructed around 1910. The stone materials used for the walls were mostly derived from the dismantled Taipei City Wall. Primarily consisting of andesite and Keri’an stone, these stones were transported from quarries near Da Zhi and Neihu during the late Qing Dynasty’s Guangxu period for the construction of Taipei City. The site is open all year round and accessible 24 hours a day.
