Tainan Fucheng Huang Temple is located on Qingnian Road in Tainan. It was first established in 1669 and is one of the earliest officially built city god temples in Taiwan. The main deity worshipped at Tainan Fucheng Huang Temple is the Venerated Lord of the City God of Taiwan, along with the City God’s Consort, Goddess of Mercy, Earth Store Bodhisattva, and Goddess of Childbirth, among other deities. The temple is open to visitors from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM all year round.
