The miso brewing cultural center is a tourist factory themed on miso brewing culture. Here, visitors are introduced to the origin of early food brewing and the history of miso. Centuries-old cedar barrels used in miso production and wooden koji boxes for making koji are on display. Visitors can also experience making miso by hand and taste miso soup.
Opening hours: Open from 9:00 to 17:00 all year round.
