Pier-2 Art Special District is a walled-free and gateless area that houses over twenty warehouses of varying sizes. The C4 warehouse has been transformed into a Labor Museum, which simulates the working scenarios of laborers and changes its theme periodically.
On the other side of the art square, the Moonlight Theater was once devastated by a fire that destroyed its roof. However, it now hosts performances every weekend.
The area is filled with many cute and avant-garde designed figurines, with the yellow Transformers figurine being particularly eye-catching. Additionally, adjacent to the Art Special District is the Railway Story Museum, which displays old steam locomotives.
