The Tianmu Ancient Trail spans a total length of 2.6 kilometers. Along the way, hikers will encounter the well-known ‘Pipe Road’ section of the trail. This path was originally developed as a water conveyance route during that era, with pipes laid here to channel the spring water from Yangmingshan to the Tianmu area for local use. The trail is open all year round and accessible 24 hours a day.
